Cussing? PLEASE READ JASON

1.)And users can't post in the rules forum WHY?
2.)I need to know your definition of cussing. Like, send me a list of what I can and can't say.
3.)No redemptions? How do we have one chance and we're gone? Say someone says something like hell, or damn, and LIKE ME AT THIS MOMENT, don't know that that's your definition of cussing, they get banned? That's really fair.
4.)I don't mean disrespect, I just don't respect when people do something like ban on the first offense.
